Subject to any non-waivable right to bring a claim in another location, legal proceedings may be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Arkansas. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking appropriate temporary or emergency relief when necessary to protect legal rights, safety, security, or intellectual property.
